YOUR ROLE

• Own and drive DAU/MAU
• Convert messy ideas into precise, data-driven PRDs.
• Break down AI + human workflows (mentoring, insights, parent app).
• Maintain the system schema — how the system learns about families.
• Coordinate with devs/designers to ensure clarity, speed, and zero rework.
• Track impact: every release tied to metrics, not feelings.
• Own the roadmap and keep priorities clean.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Have 2–5 years in product or business analysis (SaaS, AI, or consumer tech).
  
• Think in systems, not features.
  
• Love turning ambiguity into structure.
  
• Speak both business and engineering fluently.
  
• Write fast, think in diagrams, measure everything.
  
• Thrive in high-context, founder-driven chaos.
  
• Bonus: Experience with AI products or edtech/parenting.

• Base: 15–25M VND/month (depending on experience and sharpness).

WORKING HOURS

• Office hours, Monday - Friday, and every saturday moring.
• Morning: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM
• Afternoon: 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

• Round 1: CV Review
• Round 2: Interview with HR (5-10 minutes)
• Round 3: Online Test
• Round 4: In-person interview with the relevant department at TeenUp
