We’re hiring an Academic Officer to build what should exist — but doesn’t yet — and make it work.

YOUR ROLE

• Build a community that students, parents, and educators are proud to belong to
  
• Design experiences that create trust, identity, and long-term attachment to TeenCare
  
• Enable organic referrals through real value, not incentives or scripts
  
• Encourage healthy interaction, reflection, and shared language
  
• Protect quality, standards, and emotional safety — without killing openness
  
• Spot misalignment, risks, and cultural drift early, and act decisively

Working Hours

• Office hours, Monday - Friday, and Saturday morning.
• Morning: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM
• Afternoon: 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

• Round 1: CV Review
• Round 2: Interview with HR (5-10 minutes)
• Round 3: In-person interview + Stress test with the relevant department at TeenUp
