ROLE OVERVIEW
Are you an ambitious Business Analyst with a high standard for UX, an eye for aesthetics and a passion for building beautiful, impactful products? Do you aspire to become a Product Owner or Product Manager, crafting products that don’t just work but inspire? If so, this role at TeenCare is the perfect opportunity for you!
As our Business Analyst (or Acting Product Owner), you’ll work closely with the CEO and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn TeenCare’s vision into a user-centric, engaging product. This role blends strategic planning, user-centered design, and business analysis—providing a clear path to product ownership as you grow. You’ll have the space to innovate and shape a product that’s truly transformative, firstly for the Vietnam market and later the expansion to global users.
1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Shape Product Vision:Work with the founding team to drive and nurture the product vision from concept to launch, ensuring it aligns with TeenCare’s mission and embodies both functionality and beauty.
- User-Centric Design & Development: Prioritize features and the product roadmap based on user engagement metrics (DAU/MAU), feedback, and your own sense of what makes a truly outstanding product experience.
- Creative Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams—both in-house and outsourced—to bring the product to life. Your role will include fostering an environment where creativity and practicality meet.
- Documentation & Storytelling: Craft clear, concise documentation, user stories, and process flows that translate ideas into actionable tasks, while maintaining a focus on product aesthetics and user experience.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Design wireframes and prototypes that guide design and development teams, ensuring a user-friendly and visually engaging product.
2. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 1-3 years in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Owner role, ideally within EdTech, HealthTech, or mission-driven digital products.
- Product Artist Mindset: A blend of analytical and creative thinking, with a passion for building products that resonate aesthetically and functionally. Familiarity with UX/UI design principles is a bonus.
- Leadership Potential: Ambition to grow into a Product Owner or Product Manager role, with an eye for leading cross-functional teams in the future.
- Tools & Technical Skills: Proficiency with tools for requirements gathering, user story creation, and wireframing (e.g., Figma). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and data analysis skills are advantageous.
- Analytical & Creative Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Communication Excellence: A clear and compelling communicator who can articulate complex ideas and inspire alignment across diverse teams.
- Passion for Wellness & Youth Development: Knowledge and enthusiasm for wellness, teen education, and impactful product development.

4. WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION
- Hours: Monday to Saturday morning from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Working Arrangement: Full-time onsite or Hybrid (as arranged and assigned by direct management).
- Location: TeenUp Office - No. 29, Alley 121 Thai Ha, Trung Liet, Dong Da, Hanoi.
5. RECRUITMENT PROCESS
- Round 1: Competency Interview & Take-home Assignment.
- Round 2: Culture-fit Interview.
