YOUR ROLE
We’re seeking a world-class COO to partner with the CEO in driving rapid scale and operational excellence across multiple markets. This is not a maintenance role — this is for a builder who thrives in complexity, loves hard problems, and can transform a fast-growing startup into a regional leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee operational systems for multi-country growth (Vietnam, Singapore, future SEA markets).
• Lead cross-functional teams in sales, product, and marketing to hit aggressive KPIs while protecting profitability.
• Design and implement data-driven processes that can scale to 10x our current volume.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier talent, building a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Work directly with the CEO on fundraising, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in COO, GM, or senior operations leadership for a high-growth tech, edtech, or consumer company.
• Experience leading operations across multiple Southeast Asian markets.
• Deep understanding of data, metrics, and process scaling — comfortable with dashboards, automation, and AI integration.
• Skilled at managing large, diverse teams while driving toward aggressive targets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in fast-changing environments and owns results end-to-end.
