To activate that dream, TeenUp is looking for exceptional young talents with passion, vision, and skills as Performance Marketing Executives (Google Ads) to join us on the journey of making changes.

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop content for communication (images, content, etc.), generate ideas, produce content, and run ads based on that content.
• Research the market, products, customers and popular forms of advertising to understand products and customer insights.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns on Google channel for the company‘s products.
• Plan to effectively allocate and control advertising costs, continuously optimize campaigns to achieve business goals.
• Control and analyze data, advertising index, material elements... of the campaign to have optimal plans and accurate Growth.
• Combine with the Media and Product teams to ensure product understanding, thereby leading to sustainable campaigns that capture customer insight.
• Continuously update market information, products, competitors and updates on expertise and advertising platforms.

2. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from a university majoring in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Performance Marketing work in the Google Ads segment.
• Strong skills in marketing content writing, PR, and communication.
• Proficient in deploying various types of advertising products and services on the Google platform.
• Familiarity with tools such as Landing pages, Google Sheets, Photoshop, and AI.
• Creative thinking, strategic mindset, and analytical abilities.
• Experience managing advertising budgets exceeding 100 million VND per month is a plus.
• A serious work attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to explore new areas.
• Previous experience in an educational or social enterprise environment is advantageous.

• Competitive income with unlimited growth potential: Base salary of 8,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND/month + commissions + allowances + performance bonuses (if applicable). Total income can reach up to 30,000,000 VND/month.

4. WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION

• Working hours: Monday to Saturday morning (8:30 AM - 12:00 PM; 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM).
• Location: TeenUp Office - No. 29, Alley 121 Thái Hà, Trung Liệt, Đống Đa, Hanoi.

5. RECRUITMENT PROCESS
