To activate that dream, TeenUp is looking for exceptional young talents with passion, vision, and skills as Performance Marketing Executives (TikTok Ads) to join us on the journey of making changes.

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop content for communication (images, content, etc.), generate ideas, produce content, and run ads based on that content.
• Execute TikTok Ads and Market Research campaigns according to the assigned plan for TeenUp’s products, especially in the Edtech education sector.
• Manage advertising budgets for the channel (with significant budgets).
• Monitor market trends in education and propose new marketing ideas.
• Regularly report progress and job results to the Marketing Manager.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.

2. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from a university majoring in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in independently creating and running Tiktok Ads.
• Strong skills in marketing content writing, PR, and communication.
• Proficient in deploying various types of advertising products and services on the TikTok platform.
• Familiarity with tools such as Landing pages, Google Sheets, Photoshop, and AI.
• Creative thinking, strategic mindset, and analytical abilities.
• Experience managing advertising budgets exceeding 100 million VND per month is a plus.
• A serious work attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to explore new areas.
• Previous experience in an educational or social enterprise environment is advantageous.

4. WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION

• Working hours: Monday to Saturday morning (8:30 AM - 12:00 PM; 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM).
• Location: TeenUp Office - No. 29, Alley 121 Thái Hà, Trung Liệt, Đống Đa, Hanoi.

5. RECRUITMENT PROCESS
