1. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the operation and deployment of online tutoring course products, ensuring smooth operation processes.
- Digitally transform systems to receive and process feedback from students, parents and tutors.
Participate in quality control (QA/QC), support the recruitment process, tutor training and monitor student progress. - Support internal operations management, coordinate with back-office teams to ensure work efficiency.
- Support the development of departmental processes, optimize workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Products) to ensure connectivity in the work process.
- Support data collection and synthesis to prepare periodic reports to send to the Board of Directors.
2. WHAT TEENUP EXPECTS FROM YOU
- Third-year, final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Education, or related fields.
- Understanding or willingness to learn about project management, business operations, and related tools (Google Sheets, Notion, Jira, etc.).
- Strong English proficiency with relevant certifications such as IELTS, TOEIC, etc.
- Prior experience in extracurricular activities, organizations, or clubs is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving skills that are flexible and effective.
- Proactive, eager to learn, responsible, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Passionate about education and technology, with a desire to create valuable products for the community.

4. LOCATION & WORKING HOURS
- Location: No. 29, Alley 121 Thai Ha, Trung Liet, Dong Da, Hanoi.
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday morning (8:30 AM - 12:00 PM; 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM).
