Được thành lập vào năm 2020, TeenUp là tổ chức tiên phong và dẫn đầu thị trường Giáo dục Giới tính (GDGT) và thúc đẩy Bình đẳng Giới tại Việt Nam. Sử dụng mô hình giáo dục chuẩn Hoa Kỳ với chất lượng ngang tầm quốc tế, TeenUp vinh dự và tự hào khi đã “trao quyền hạnh phúc” cho hơn 70.000+ em nhỏ và các bậc phụ huynh.
Để tiếp tục mục tiêu phổ cập GDGT tới hơn 3 triệu trẻ em trên mọi miền tổ quốc, TeenUp mong muốn chiêu mộ Kế toán tổng hợp - những tài năng trẻ xuất sắc, có tâm, có tầm, có tài để tạo ra tăng trưởng và hiện thực những giấc mơ lớn cùng.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive organic visitor growth for our businesses. You’ll be accountable for this key number and responsible for understanding trends, performance, and forecasting growth.
- Develop an overall acquisition strategy with particular emphasis on community building and SEO. Identify and prioritize top opportunities, and ensure alignment across product, content, and marketing teams through effective communication and actionable recommendations.
- Guide editors and writers to develop a content roadmap.
- Partner with Brand, Performance, CRM, and other core marketing functions to collaborate on end-to-end consumer acquisition strategies.
- Strong influencer and executioner, with the ability to translate recommendations into results.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of work experience in growth marketing, strategy consulting, or business operations at a high growth B2C company
- 1+ years of work experience in team leader or associate branding manager
- Demonstrated track record of delivering business outcomes and/or products that move the needle on company metrics
- Experience working with editorial content teams to improve channel distribution
- Experience in branding or organic growth marketing
- Understanding or expertise in organic growth engines
- Experience with performance marketing or web user experience (UX)

- Working hours: Monday to Saturday morning (8:30 AM - 12:00 PM; 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM)
