TeenCare is an education and child development platform serving students (Grades 4–9) and their parents.
Over the past 12 months in Vietnam, TeenCare has:
- Achieved consistent ~20% month-over-month growth
- Built and validated a proven performance funnel
- Developed ready-to-use sample ads, content, landing pages, and testing frameworks with real results
TeenCare is now expanding into the Philippines market and is looking for a full-stack performance marketer to:
- Localize a proven growth model
- Execute and scale with discipline
- Own end-to-end growth outcomes
Role Objective
To replicate and scale TeenCare’s validated Vietnam growth model in the Philippines by:
- Deeply understanding local insights
- Localizing content and messaging
- Owning the entire performance funnel
Scope of Work
1. Market & Insight Research (Local-first)
- Deeply understand Philippines parents and students:
- Education-related concerns
- Behaviors, beliefs, and purchase barriers
- Compare insights:
- Insights that performed well in Vietnam
- Insights that require adaptation
- New insights that must be developed locally
Expected outputs:
- Philippines market insight map
- Vietnam → Philippines insight mapping (reuse / adapt / rebuild)
2. Content Localization & Creative Direction
- Adapt Vietnam sample content for the Philippines market:
- Hooks
- Storytelling
- CTAs
- Visual preferences
- Work with internal teams or local freelancers / creators
3. Performance Advertising – Full Funnel Ownership
- Launch and optimize ads on:
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
- TikTok (if aligned with local behavior)
- Own the full funnel:
- Awareness → Lead → Activation → Purchase
- Monitor and optimize:
- CPL
- CAC
- Conversion rates at each stage
- Lead quality (right parent segments)
4. Testing Framework & Scaling
- Apply the testing framework already proven in Vietnam:
- Test by insight → angle → format → offer
- Propose:
- Testing budgets
- Scale / kill criteria
- Scale campaigns once clear efficiency thresholds are met
5. Data, Insight & Feedback Loop
- Analyze ad data and user feedback:
- Comments
- Inbox messages
- Parent objections
- Act as the bridge between the Philippines market and the Vietnam core team
- Feed insights back into product, content, and brand strategy
