YOUR ROLE AT TEENUP
As a Mentor, you will:
- Facilitate weekly or monthly 1:1 mentoring sessions following TeenCare’s structured curriculum to help students solve problems, develop life skills, and improve emotional well-being.
- Monitor each student’s needs, providing tailored recommendations for additional educational and wellness services (courses, workshops, health support tools).
- Maintain ongoing communication and engagement, collaborating with the TeenCare team to follow up with parents via emails and messages.
- Track students’ progress, collect feedback, and report mentoring outcomes to improve service quality and increase student retention.
- Join weekly group meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your mentoring and consulting skills.
- Commit to accompanying students on their 3–12 month development journey, ensuring consistent impact over time.
- Consult and close sales with parents, helping them see the value of these add-on services and invest effectively in their child‘s growth.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking candidates who:
- Being a Native English Speaker.
- Are passionate about youth development and love working with teenagers.
- Possess excellent communication skills and can connect with students and persuade parents effectively.
- Are goal-oriented, with experience in consulting, customer service, or sales (a plus).
- Are self-driven, responsible, and able to balance between mentoring and upselling goals.

Compensation & Performance Bonus
- Base salary: $400 - $700/month ($6-$10/session)
- Upsell commission: Up to $10/session based on sales results
- Total monthly earnings: From $400 - $1000 depending on workload and upsell performance
WORK COMMITMENT & SCHEDULE
- Minimum commitment of 18 sessions/week (each session = 30 minutes), including:
- At least 15 sessions during peak hours (Mon–Fri): 17:00, 18:30, 19:00, 19:30, 20:00, 20:30, 21:00
- At least 2 weekend sessions during: Sat & Sun: 09:00 – 11:00 or 14:00 – 21:00
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
